Baby Shower Blessings

Well, we are home again and busy as usual. We had a wonderful time while staying in Puyallup with my Mom. Unfortunately, I didn't get very many pictures because of all the fun we were having. We had the opportunity our first night to stay in Everett with my Aunt Jerri, this was extra special because my Cousin Chris was home on leave. He has been in Germany for the last few months and will be leaving for Iraq sometime in the next 6-8 weeks or so for nearly two years deployment. We had a really good visit, and it felt just like old times; it was very hard to say goodbye, the Army sure has its downfalls.
The next morning we headed out for Puyallup and after getting settled I took Emily to get her first tattoo, I was honored. It was her astrology sign, and turned out very cute. We did a little bit more running around and then called it quits.
Saturday Grace and I spent the entire afternoon with our good friends Karina and Cameron, her 3 yr old nephew was there too, it was so fun and amazing to see how well Grace and Cam played together. They are growing up too fast.
Sunday for the shower we had lots of great company and plenty of delicious food to enjoy! We received lots of wonderful gifts and a nice start to our furniture/diaper fund for Olivia. We were sad to leave my mom on Monday, but it was nice to come home and sleep in my own bed, and both Grace and I were really happy to see Jeff/Daddy!
Thank you to those of you who were able to make it, it was so wonderful to see you. For those who we didnt get to see this time, we will continue to update the blog and will see you next spring. xoxoxo
