When we got there this morning the lady said we were 25 minutes late, even though my appt card said 930, they had us in at 9. So, luckily they had a 1030 appt open. We decided to just wait in the office...BAD idea! Gracie was ultra crazy and kept throwing tantrums in the playroom because she wanted to run a muck around the office rather than stay in her designated area. Oh, and people kept giving me this look like "thats what u get for having 2 little kids" it was terrible, I just wanted to leave. Anyway, we finally got back to our room and Gracie did much better. Everything checked out wonderfully...she weighed 21 lb 10 oz and was 31 in tall. The doc was happy to hear her speech was developing well and we dont have to go back now til she is 2. She had her last round of tetanus and her first of HepA. Poor baby, she cried so hard! Now both girls are sleeping and Im ready for a nap myself, what a morning!

I remember when they told me that Hannah didnt have to come back until her 2 year apt. Strange when you are used to coming in every few months for check ups. Made me feel like she was getting so old. I always have issues with scheduling at the ped's office. I understand what thats like! Glad Gracie is doing so well, she is so cute!
