We have been having flurries off and on throughout the day, and the wind makes the cold seep into your bones, brrrrrr!
Besides the weather, the last couple days have been wonderful. It is so good to see Mom and to have my "best friend" to spill my guts to. I dont have much one-on-one adult time during the day, usually just me and the girls, so it is a real treat. She looks amazing and is feeling so much better than on her last trip.
This morning we ran errands for an hour or so and then came back to eat and cozy up and watch a movie. Its days like this that I forget that I have grown up and moved away. It feels just like old times when we used to spend nearly all our spare time together. It makes me realize how much I really miss her when she is at home.
Tomorrow we are having Dennis over for lunch, im going to make my Chicken, Artichoke Pizza......Mmmmmm, so good!
