Catching up...

Not much time for blogging since returning home last Friday...just when I feel like having two sweet babes starts to get easier it somehow gets 10 times harder! Olivia is now scooting all over the place and is great at finding things we don't really want her to pull on or put in her mouth. I have become a little over confident in thinking that I already had our home baby proofed..when actually those things just aren't interesting to Gracie anymore, so I haven't had to worry for a while. Liv also is cutting her first tooth!! She has been chewing and slobbering and yelling most of the day...but mostly happy thank goodness.
Gracie has been going through a few new changes herself...changes in her behavior. All of a sudden the infant swing and the computer are irresistible. And apparently "no" means "stop and stare at mommy instead of listen to what she asked you to do...then, when you think she may have forgotten go back to the naughty thing you were doing before". For so many months I thought I was blessed with the most well behaved, obedient child.......She is a sweet, polite girl and I love her dearly, but unfortunately for me, she is learning what it means to have a free spirit.
So, needless to say I have been simply exhausted since we got home from our trip and I am definitely ready for the next phase and hoping that somehow it is a little easier.
